Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to return your order after receiving your item(s).
We can only except your return if the items are in the same condition as you received them, unworn and unused, without stains (ladies, watch out for make-up stains), with all labels attached and in its original packaging.
RETURN PROCEDURE
To start a return, please send us an e-mail at hello@onehockey.be describing your intention.
We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return costs are carried by the customer. Postal costs will only be refunded if you have received a product that was incorrect or damaged.
Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any products lost in transit.
REFUNDS
As soon as we receive the returned items and your return is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
